Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Customs and Import Taxes PawShopDaily is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
